Our Client was acquired in 2020 by a private equity firm; As part of an aggressive growth strategy, the company entered into a joint venture with a leading diagnostic devices manufacturer in a new subcategory. Within the agreement, the company was responsible for the development of the digital ecosystem to support patients and the marketing and commercialisation of this product globally

Business objective

The Client wanted our support around the planning and execution of the development and launch program for primary target markets, i.e., Germany and the USA.
