At CES 2024, the firm unveiled the first low-power 3-megapixel complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) system-on-chip (SoC) image sensor, OX03J10. The novel image sensor features 140 dB high dynamic range (HDR) and LED flicker mitigation (LFM) to capture superior image quality irrespective of lighting conditions.
The OX03J10 offers an ideal feature set for surround-view systems, enabling it to capture objects and road conditions during high-speed operations precisely. The SoC features 1920 x 1536 resolution in a 1/2.4‑inch optical format, and the ASIL-C compliant OX03J10 comes in the industry’s smallest a‑CSP package. Also, the device features OmniVision’s PureCel technology and uses a 3‑micron Deep Well split pixel.

In December 2023, the organization announced litigation victory upon the dismissal of a campaign of frivolous lawsuits filed by a non-practicing entity (“NPE”), Bell Semiconductor, LLC, which began in August 2022.
