Return & Refund Policy
The client will make the payment to Ingenious e-Brain Solutions as mentioned on the website. The client is responsible for use, sales, related taxes and customs for the same.

The purchase once made cannot be undone. Owing to the easily transferable nature of the product (being information based they are essentially consumed as they are purchased and delivered) we follow a strict “No Refund Policy”. Cancellation of orders cannot be accepted after the report has been delivered. However, we will provide customization of the report, if it contains missing or incomplete data.

Please read all the available information about any report before placing your order. The client should get in touch with the company in case of any doubt related to the content or transaction before deciding and making payment on the website.

Exception

Under certain circumstances, the management can offer refunds solely at its discretion. However, a refund request can made within 10 days of service or project payment clearance. Once the refund request is made, we will investigate the reason for the refund.

Once the refund request is accepted, we will notify the client and initiate a refund to the original method of payment. The client will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on their card/bank account policies.

In such circumstances, any hard copy documents related to service/project should be returned prior to refund is initiated. The cost of returning the documents related to service/project will be bearable by the client/customer.
