With the help of successful partnerships with top OEMs, Caaresys offers mass-produced cabin monitoring solutions that include vital sign sensing, passenger positioning, and child presence detection. Harman International, which develops connected products and solutions, such as connected automotive systems, audio and visual devices, business automation solutions, and services supporting the Internet of Things will be highly benefitted from this acquisition as its automotive product offerings, including its digital cockpit and ADAS solutions, would be strengthened by the in-cabin radar sensor and algorithm solution from Caaresys. Also, these acquisitions in the automotive industry will promote essential safety and well-being elements in future mobility.
