Henkel has completed the acquisition of Thermexit business from Nanoramic Laboratories, a US-based R&D company. The company aims to develop high-end energy storage and thermal management technologies based on carbon composites. The electronics market is a swiftly growing sector with accelerated demand for semiconductors and associated thermal interface materials. The acquisition will assist Henkel in bolstering its position in adhesive technologies under the business sector.
The Thermexit portfolio includes patented high-performance thermal interface gap pads based on an innovative nano-filler technology, which provides unique materials with extremely high thermal conductivity and excellent stability.
