Kongsberg Automotive has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with the Chassis Autonomy. This long-term collaboration will enable the companies to aim for the development, production, and sales of innovative electromechanical actuation products for autonomous vehicles. Significant opportunities will be there for both the companies for mutually lifting each other’s expertise, resources, and facilities for autonomous market segment with this agreement. This collaboration will influence the autonomous vehicle industry, which is still facing different challenges, as different ground-breaking electromechanical actuation products that will be introduced to the market. It will hugely affect the production and technology of L4 and L5 autonomous vehicles in near future.
